01. GENERAL CONDITIONS

This website is operated by VALLERIO. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VALLERIO. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

02. THE ARCHIVE & PRODUCTS

Certain products, including the "Impulso" headwear collection (Solaris, Kinetic, Bonaparte, Mercury, Origin), are available exclusively online through the website. These products are released as "Archive Entries" and may have limited quantities.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products,

including the high-density 3D embroidery detail. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

03. ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

04. SHIPPING & CONSIGNMENTS

VALLERIO offers international shipping (including UK, France, Germany, and beyond). Shipping times and

costs are calculated at checkout. Once a "Consignment" has been dispatched, the risk of loss passes to the customer.05.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the

property of VALLERIO and protected by international copyright laws. The "Vallerio" script logo and "Impulso" product names are proprietary to the brand.

06. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the limited nature of our Archive Drops, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Items must be returned in "Deadstock" condition, unworn, with original packaging (including Matte Black boxes) and tags intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is proven defective.

07. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
